Design Now Design Single-cup Carrier template Design Single-cup Carrier One flat sheet, two creases: the cup drops through a ring cut in the base and the two walls fold up until their hand slots meet. Nothing glued — the cup holds it shut. 120×60×120 mm. Design Now Design Food Tray — flared template Design Food Tray — flared Flared fry/nacho tray. Base 150×95 → top 215×150 mm, 52 mm walls. Design Now Design Combo Meal Tray template Design Combo Meal Tray Six-point glued fast-food tray: a deep open bay for the food and a raised deck at one end with a round well cut through it for the drink. 120×70×30 mm, well Ø50 mm. Design Now Design Three-cup Insert template Design Three-cup Insert Carrier insert for three cups — they drop through the deck and hang by their rims, on four legs folded under it. 302×202×61 mm, holes Ø74 mm, on 1.5 mm board. Design Now Design Boat Tray template Design Boat Tray The open fast-food tray: long walls up square, short walls leaning out and scalloped so a hand gets under the food, corner pleats folded flat against the ends. 150×100×40 mm. Design Now Design Hot-dog Tray template Design Hot-dog Tray Long open tray for hot dogs and loaded fries. Every wall leans out, a pleat at each corner and a tab that locks it shut — no glue. 200×80×30 mm. Design Now Design Serving Tray template Design Serving Tray Big corrugated serving tray. Long walls raked back to 60° so you can reach in, short walls bowed and standing square, a flap folded in at every corner. 302×202×51 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute. Design Now Design Triangle Pizza Tray template Design Triangle Pizza Tray A single slice, carried flat. Triangular base with the point cut off, a wall folded up on all three edges, open at the corners — no tab, no glue, no lock. 200×210×45 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Four-Folds Tray template Design Four-Folds Tray A glueless tray that folds four times — each of the four walls turns a full-depth return inward and then a second, shallower one chamfered at both ends, and each corner is closed by a flap folded off the short wall and trapped under the long wall's return. On corrugated their knife adds a roll strip between every wall and its return. Nothing is glued. 200×150×60 mm. Design Now Design Side Mortise Lock Tray template Design Side Mortise Lock Tray A glueless tray locked at the sides — each end wall carries a pair of long tabs ending in a MORTISE HEAD, a half circle that reaches the middle of the side wall and is trapped there when that wall rolls over on a narrow strip and its return comes down inside. The width is capped at the length and the height at the width, both theirs. Nothing is glued. 200×150×60 mm. Design Now Design Handshake Buckle Tray template Design Handshake Buckle Tray A glueless tray whose four corners shake hands — each end wall carries a wide buckle that reaches PAST the middle of the side wall, so the two coming from opposite ends overlap and each one's tab drops through the other's slot. The side walls roll over on a narrow strip and come back down inside, trapping them. Nothing is glued and nothing is tucked. 200×150×60 mm. Design Now Design Hexagon Disc Tray template Design Hexagon Disc Tray Six-sided tray on a true regular hexagon — the shape a cake or a whole pizza is sold in. A wall on every edge, a tuck flap at both ends of every other one, and the three walls between folding up last to trap all six. No glue. 404 mm across × 51 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute. Design Now Design Shaped Disc Tray template Design Shaped Disc Tray Long open tray, cut away across each end so a hand goes in the dip. The long walls' corner flaps fold in to make the tall corners; the half-height end wall finishes in a folded rim whose tongue locks down through the base. No glue. 309×202×51 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute. Design Now Design Side-Interlocking Tray template Design Side-Interlocking Tray Deep tray that holds itself shut with no glue. Each end folds up, turns over a 4 mm rim and comes back down inside itself; the shoulders on that return drop into slots cut in the ends of the long walls. 310×202×61 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute. Design Now Design Fast-Food Tray template Design Fast-Food Tray The open tray a burger and fries come in. Four walls raked out, a folded lip all round the mouth, and a pleated gusset glued flat at each corner — the one glued piece in the range. 199×141×49 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Shopping Bag — SOS template Design Shopping Bag — SOS Kraft retail/takeaway bag with rope handles. 320×112×352 mm. Design Now Design Cake Paper Bag template Design Cake Paper Bag Triangular cake/pastry carrier with a die-cut handle. 160×101×142 mm. Design Now Design Flat-mouth Handbag template Design Flat-mouth Handbag Square-bottomed carrier with a punched handle. 220×150×250 mm. Design Now Design Buckle-bottom Tote Bag template Design Buckle-bottom Tote Bag Flared tote with die-cut arch handles and a snap closure. 100×100×120 mm base. Design Now Design Paper Bread / Cake Bag template Design Paper Bread / Cake Bag Side-gusseted bakery carrier with a punched handle and a shaped front flap. 225×91×318 mm. Design Now Design Ladder-type Tote Bag template Design Ladder-type Tote Bag Flared four-walled carrier glued at the corners, its mouth a quarter wider than its base and turned in on a hem front and back. 220\u00d780\u00d7280 mm. Design Now Design Header-card Bread Bag template Design Header-card Bread Bag Tapered bakery bag closing to a pressed top, with a die-cut header card stapled over it and punched to hang by. 155×99×205 mm. Design Now Design Flat Food Bag template Design Flat Food Bag Flat sandwich and pastry bag — no gusset, no base. Two flaps lap over one another at the back and the bottom hem folds up to seal it; the back stands a step proud of the front so it opens with a thumb. 200×200 mm. Design Now Design Sandwich Box template Design Sandwich Box Three walls that close into a triangle, with a window through the front and a tuck to shut it. An end folds in at each side and locks into slots cut in the walls — one lock a side on a short box, two or three as it grows. 122.6×75.6 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Pizza Slice Box template Design Pizza Slice Box One slice, boxed and shut. A triangular tray and a triangular lid hinged off the same back wall, each walled on both long sides and each of those walls turned back inside itself, so the box has a double edge the whole way round. A tab closes each point. 218×268×41 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design French Fries Box template Design French Fries Box The scoop a portion of fries comes in. Walls that flare to a mouth 30% longer than the base, a curved tab rising off the back and a curve scooped out of the front, with each side made of two half panels closed by a glued lap. 120×80×160 mm on 0.35 mm 250 g white paperboard. Design Now Design French Fries Carton template Design French Fries Carton The flat scoop chips come in — two panels and nothing else, no base and no gusset. Folded along one slanted side and glued along the other, with a curve dipped into the mouth and the foot rising to meet it; it gets its shape from the paper bowing open. 85×97 mm on 0.35 mm 250 g white paperboard. Design Now Design French Fries Scoop Box template Design French Fries Scoop Box The flat-sided fry box — a tongue arching up off the back on a true quarter-circle, the same curve scooped out of the front, and a side wall on each hand made of two wings that meet down its middle. Walls flare from 85 mm at the base to 100 at the mouth. 100×50×100 mm on 0.35 mm 250 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Popcorn Box template Design Popcorn Box The tapered tub popcorn is sold in — four walls that splay out from a small base to a mouth a fifth wider, fanned across the sheet because every one of them leans. A glue tab down one corner, and four flaps that lock under each other to make the base with no glue at all. 64×64×106 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Happy Meal Box template Design Happy Meal Box The takeaway carton with an M handle — four walls that taper out from the base to a wider mouth, a self-locking base that sets itself as the carton is opened, and a hip roof whose two halves meet over the middle. Each half carries a handle with two arches, and the front one locks the back through two barbed tabs, so the top shuts by itself. One glued seam down the side. 120×120×120 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Chinese Takeout Box template Design Chinese Takeout Box The oyster-pail takeaway box — a base with four walls that lean out 5°, a gusset folded into every corner so it stands up with no glue, and a four-flap lid: the two side flaps go down first, the back flap over them, and the front flap on top pushes its lock tab through a slit in the back one. 80×68×100 mm inside on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Hexagonal Pizza Box template Design Hexagonal Pizza Box The pizza box whose two front corners are cut away — each one folds up into a wall that doubles back on itself and posts a finger tab through a slot in the floor, so the front holds with no glue anywhere. The lid drops inside the tray and its front skirt tucks behind the front wall. Two vents in the back. 260×260×30 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute. Design Now Design Clamshell Burger Box template Design Clamshell Burger Box The burger box that hinges rather than locks — a tray and a lid on one blank, joined along their back walls, with a gusset closing all eight corners. The tray's front wall is cut shallower than its back so the lid's front comes down over it, and the tuck beyond it carries the slot the lid's tab buckles into. The hinge turns three times and ends resting back at 45 degrees. 200×150×80 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Fast Food Box template Design Fast Food Box The buckle inclined flip-top — two trays on one blank, the base and the lid side by side, shutting by folding one onto the other. Every wall leans outward, the long ones by 14 degrees and the short ones by 10, and all eight corners are closed by a three-panel gusset stack, which is what makes this the largest die in the shop: 36 panels, 37 creases, twelve folds in sequence. The lid's own walls are 7 mm deeper than the base's so they come down over it, three finger holes sit on the hinge wall, and the tuck beyond the inner return carries the tab that buckles into the lid's tongue. 155×55×35 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Triangle Pizza Box template Design Triangle Pizza Box The single-slice box — a triangular prism, not a box with a triangular lid. An isoceles triangle for the base, a wall standing off each of its three edges, a curved lid that folds over from the back wall and buckles into a slit cut in the top panel, and half-round tabs that close the two back corners and the point. 200×150×300 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Square Cake Box template Design Square Cake Box A one-piece clamshell cake box — a tray and a lid on the same blank, hinged along their back walls, every wall raked one in four and every corner closed by its own gusset. The tray's front wall carries a double tuck that folds back on itself and drops into a slot cut in the lid's front. The board does not move this blank at all: their knife draws the same sheet from 200 gsm to B-flute. 200×200×100 mm. Design Now Design Window Bakery Box template Design Window Bakery Box A glued gable-top carton with a carrying handle. One glue tab and four walls, a crash-lock base that folds itself, two roofs that fold to sixty degrees and meet at a ridge, and a handle panel standing up from each ridge with a stadium hand hole punched through it. A slotted gusset folds in over the closed roofs from each side wall and the pair of handles passes through it. A window is cut in the back wall. Their knife squares the width to the length. 200x200x100 mm. Design Now Design Gable Box template Design Gable Box A glued takeaway carton with a die-cut carrying handle. One glue tab and four walls, a crash-lock base that folds itself, and two flat roofs that fold over and meet down the middle. A handle panel folds BACK off each roof so the two stand face to face, and a slotted gusset leans in over the closed roofs from each side wall until its slot straddles the pair. The handle's height comes off the smaller of the length and the width, before the board. 300x150x180 mm. Design Now Design Folding Wheel Box template Design Folding Wheel Box A glueless tray that folds into a wheel — each of the four walls turns a double return inward, and each of the four corners carries a gusset with a SPOKE folded flat back onto it, eight of them lying round the inside like the arms of a wheel. The height is capped at half the smaller of the other two, theirs. Nothing is glued and nothing is tucked. 200×150×60 mm. Design Now Design Hanging Wedge Box template Design Hanging Wedge Box A hanging wedge box — its cross section is an isoceles trapezoid: a base, two walls leaning in over it and a short flat top, out of which rises a triangular header card with a hang slot punched through all three of its leaves. Their third number is the SLANT of the wall, not the height, and it is raised to the width if you ask for less — a wall shorter than the base it leans over cannot close the trapezoid. 200×150×150 mm. Design Now Design Rollover Hinged Lid Mailer template Design Rollover Hinged Lid Mailer A corrugated mailer with a hinged lid and a double side wall — each wall goes up, rolls over on a narrow strip and comes back down inside the box, its tabs dropping into stadium slots cut through the base's own crease. The lid is hinged off the front wall and finishes in a tuck whose two ears are cut on a quarter ellipse. No glue anywhere. 200×150×100 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute. Design Now Design Mailer Box With Window template Design Mailer Box With Window A roll-end mailer with a window in its lid and no glue anywhere — the front and back walls fold up and roll over on themselves, and the tabs on the inner wall drop into slots cut along the base's own crease. The lid comes off one side wall, its three flaps raked back a flat 20°, with a rounded window cut half the lid across. 200×150×100 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute. Design Now Design Gift Box With Window template Design Gift Box With Window A glued carton with a round window in the back wall — four walls in a row off one glue tab, a crash-lock bottom that makes itself as the walls come up, and a tall top whose four panels lean in until the two big ones meet in a gable ridge, finished with a half-elliptical tongue that folds over it. 179×99×209 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Burger Box template Design Burger Box The hinged box a burger is handed over in — a tray and a lid on the same plan, joined along their back walls. Every wall raked out a true 10°, a gusset folded in at all eight corners, and a lugged tongue on the lid's front that drops outside the tray's and catches the notch cut into each side wall. No glue. 103×107×73 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard. Design Now Design Pizza Box template Design Pizza Box The corrugated clamshell a pizza is sold in — a base with four walls, a lid hinged off the back that folds forward over the whole thing, a tuck that comes down at the front and locks into the flap's tongue, and a foot at each corner. Corners cut at a true 24°. 308×308×48 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute. Design Now Design 3 Side Seal Pouch template Design 3 Side Seal Pouch A flat pouch made of two webs of film sealed together on three sides — up both edges and across the top and the bottom — leaving the fourth open to fill. Every seal band is a step table: the side, top and bottom seals all read the SMALLER of the width and the height, and step at 100, 150 and 250 mm. 160x240 mm. Design Now Design 3 Side Seal Pouch with Zipper template Design 3 Side Seal Pouch with Zipper A flat pouch made of two webs of film sealed on three sides, with a press-to-close zipper welded in below the top seal so it opens and shuts again. The zipper sits 10 to 20 mm down depending on how tall the pouch is, and its band is 12 mm at every size. 160x240 mm. Design Now Design Back Seal Pillow Pouch template Design Back Seal Pillow Pouch One web of film wrapped into a tube and sealed down the back in a fin, then flattened and sealed across the top and the bottom — the simplest pouch there is. The two seals that run ACROSS it read its height and the fin down the back reads its width. 160x240 mm. Design Now Design Stand Up Pouch template Design Stand Up Pouch Two webs of film sealed up both sides, with the bottom folded in as a gusset so the pouch opens out and stands on its own once it is filled. The gusset reads the width and is then held to a third of the height, so a shallow pouch never folds past its own middle. 160x240 mm. Design Now Design Stand Up Pouch with Zipper template Design Stand Up Pouch with Zipper A gusseted stand-up pouch with a press-to-close zipper welded in below the top seal. Same bottom gusset, same seal tables, and the zipper band 12 mm at every size. 160x240 mm. Design Now Design 8 Side Seal Pouch template Design 8 Side Seal Pouch Four webs of film and a base — the eight-seal, flat-bottom pouch. Two side panels are tucked in as gussets and the base is sealed flat, so it stands square like a box and carries a face on every side. Its eight seals are 8 mm at every size their knife will build. 160x120x300 mm. Design Now Design 8 Side Seal Pouch with Zipper template Design 8 Side Seal Pouch with Zipper An eight-seal flat-bottom pouch with a press-to-close zipper welded in below the top seal, across the front and the back. The width can never exceed the length and the height never less than one and a half widths — theirs. 160x120x300 mm. Design Now

From your size to a print-ready file

A real dieline, at your size

Type the length, width and height and the blank is redrawn — panels, tucks, glue laps and locks all move with the millimetres. It is a die, not a picture stretched to fit.

Watch it fold

Drag the fold slider and the flat sheet closes into the finished shape, with your artwork landing on the panel it was drawn on. A logo heading for a crease shows up here, not at the printer.

Print-ready when you are

Export the layered SVG, a 300 dpi PNG or a PDF with the bleed and the safe area kept — or send the design straight to us with your quantity for a wholesale quote.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Every product here is priced by custom quote — send the design with the quantity you have in mind and we will price it, usually within one business day.

What can I design here?

More than ninety dielines: cartons and food boxes, fry and nacho trays, SOS and tote bags, single and double-wall cups with their sleeves, stand-up and flat-bottom pouches, and printed wrapping paper. Pick a category below and the shape is drawn at the size you type.

What if the shape I need is not listed?

Send the measurements with your quote request, or a sample opened out flat, and we will draw the die for it. That is how most of the shapes on this page started.

Can I print my own branding?

Yes: full-colour printing across every panel, both faces of a pouch, or right around a cup — or plain white and kraft if you want the board to speak for itself.

Can I order a custom size?

That is what the design tool is for. Type your own measurements and the dieline is redrawn around them — there is no standard size to squeeze into.

What file do I get at the end?

A layered SVG, a 300 dpi PNG or a PDF with the bleed and the safe area kept — or send the design straight to us with your quote request.

A free packaging design tool built for food businesses

Most packaging design software is built for agencies and comes with a steep learning curve. Ours is made for restaurant owners, caterers and food brands who need custom printed packaging without hiring a designer first — you type the size you want, and the dieline is drawn around it.

Everything we print can be designed here: burger and cake boxes, fry cartons, nacho and snack trays, SOS and tote bags, single and double-wall cups with their sleeves, stand-up pouches with or without a zip, and printed wrapping paper. Pick a category below, upload your logo, and see the flat sheet fold into the finished shape on screen. When you are ready to order, submit the design with your quantity and our team replies with wholesale pricing.
