Custom paper cups and sleeves

There is no minimum order on custom printed paper cups — order the quantity you need. Larger runs lower the price per cup. Choose your size, lid option and quantity on the quote form and we reply with pricing. See custom paper cups.
What sizes and wall types do your custom paper cups come in?
Cups come in single-wall, double-wall and ripple-wall builds, from 4 oz espresso cups to 16 oz to-go cups, with 20 and 22 oz available in our online cup designer and custom sizes on request. Single-wall cups pair with a printed sleeve for very hot drinks; double-wall and ripple-wall cups add insulation without one.
Do custom paper cups come with lids?
Yes. You can order your printed cups with plastic lids, paper lids or no lids. Choose the lid option on the quote form and we match it to your cup size.
Are paper coffee cups safe for hot drinks, and are they lined with plastic?
Yes, they are made for hot drinks such as coffee, tea and hot chocolate up to about 95°C (203°F). The cups are food-grade paperboard with a thin food-safe PE inner lining that stops leaks and meets FDA and EU food-contact requirements. For extra heat protection choose double-wall or ripple-wall cups, or add a sleeve. See custom paper coffee cups.
Do you make custom printed coffee cup sleeves?
Yes. We print custom coffee cup sleeves in corrugated kraft or white board, in a small size for 8 to 10 oz cups and a large size for 12 to 20 oz cups. A printed sleeve is also an affordable way to brand plain stock cups.
Custom boxes
What types of custom food boxes do you make?
We make burger boxes, french fry boxes, bakery boxes, cake boxes, cookie boxes, gable boxes with handles and takeout food boxes, in kraft or white board, with options like windows and handles. Boxes can be made to your exact dimensions and printed inside, outside or both.
How much do custom printed food boxes cost?
There is no minimum order on boxes, and each order is priced by quote because cost depends on the box style, size, board, print sides, colors and quantity. Send those details through the quote form and we reply with a firm price. You can also design your box in 3D first in our box designer.
Paper food trays
What sizes do paper food trays come in?
Our paper food trays follow standard US sizes: #25 (1/4 lb), #50 (1/2 lb), #100 (1 lb), #200 (2 lb), #300 (3 lb) and #500 (5 lb), plus custom sizes on request. The number shows roughly how much food the tray holds, so a #100 tray fits a regular portion of fries or tenders. We also make hot dog trays. There is no minimum order on trays.
Are paper food trays grease-resistant and food safe?
Yes. The trays are food-grade kraft or white paperboard with a grease-resistant coated inside, so no separate liner is needed for fries, nachos or wings. They are BPA-free, made from FDA-compliant materials and safe for hot and cold foods.
Custom paper bags
What kinds of custom paper bags can I order?
We print custom paper bags in kraft or white paper, flat or gusseted, with twisted, flat or die-cut handles or no handles. Popular food options include bakery bags (with or without a window), bread bags and takeout bags, all sized to your product. There is no minimum order on bags.
Are custom printed paper bags safe for food?
Yes, when you choose a food-contact bag. For bakery items, bread and deli food we use food-contact-safe paper; tell us what goes inside (dry, warm or greasy food) and we recommend the right paper and coating when we quote.
Design, artwork and proofs
Can I see my design before it is printed?
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept images, PDF, AI, PSD and DOC files up to 20 MB. Vector files (AI or PDF) give the sharpest print. If you only have a phone photo of your logo or no design yet, our team offers free design help.
How many colors can you print?
You can order 1-color, 2-color or full-color (4-color) printing. One or two colors keep the cost lower and look clean on kraft paper; full color suits photos, gradients and detailed artwork. If you need exact brand colors, share your Pantone (PMS) references with your quote request.

Food safety and paper types
Is custom printed food paper food safe?
Yes. Our papers are made from food-grade materials and printed with food-safe inks, so they can touch sandwiches, burgers, fries, baked goods and deli meats directly. Always pick the right paper for the job: greaseproof or wax paper for oily food, parchment for baking.
What is the difference between wax paper, deli paper, parchment paper and greaseproof paper?
Wax paper has a paraffin or soy wax coating that resists moisture; it is for wrapping and serving, not baking. Deli paper is a thin, light wax-coated sheet used for sandwiches and deli counters. Parchment paper is silicone-coated and heat resistant, so it is used for baking. Greaseproof paper is densely made to stop oil soaking through, ideal for fries and fried food. Read more: what is deli paper, what is parchment paper, what is greaseproof paper.
Which papers can go in the oven, and can you put wax paper in the oven?
Wax paper should not go in the oven: the wax coating can melt and smoke under direct heat. It is generally fine in the microwave for short reheating or as a splatter cover. For oven use and air fryers choose parchment paper, which is silicone-coated and heat resistant, or butcher and kraft paper for wrapping meat at low oven temperatures.
Which paper is best for wrapping burgers, sandwiches and fries?
For burgers and hot sandwiches, use wax-coated burger wrapping paper or deli paper, which hold in heat and sauce. For fries and fried food, greaseproof paper or fry paper stops oil soaking through. For BBQ and meat, butcher paper is the standard.
Is wax paper recyclable or compostable?
It depends on the coating. Uncoated kraft and butcher paper are widely recyclable. Wax-coated papers are usually not accepted in curbside recycling, although some commercial composting programs take them, so check your local rules. Ask us about kraft and other eco-friendly options when you request a quote.
Can I use your paper sheets in the freezer?
Yes, with the right paper. Freezer paper has a coated side that blocks moisture and protects food from freezer burn, which makes it the right choice for frozen meat and fish. Wax and deli papers handle short chilling, but for long freezer storage use freezer paper.
Do you offer bleached and unbleached paper?
Yes. You can order white (bleached) or natural brown (unbleached kraft) stock on most papers, along with different coatings such as grease-resistant, wax or silicone. Unbleached kraft gives a natural, earthy look; white stock makes printed colors and logos stand out more.
