Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — there is no minimum order quantity. Cups are priced by custom quote, so send the design with the quantity you have in mind, however small, and we will price it, usually within one business day.

Can I print my own branding?

Yes — full-colour printing right around the wrap, or plain white and kraft. The seam is the only part the artwork has to clear, and the editor shows you where it falls.

Are the cups food-safe?

Yes. They are printed on food-grade PE-coated paperboard, the same stock a coffee cup is normally made on.

Do I need sleeves, or double wall?

Either. A single-wall cup with a printed sleeve is the cheaper route; a ripple or double-wall cup is insulated on its own and gives you a second printed surface instead.

Can I order a custom size?

That is what the design tool is for. Type your own measurements and the dieline is redrawn around them — there is no standard size to squeeze into.

What file do I get at the end?
