Design Sandwich Box Three walls that close into a triangle, with a window through the front and a tuck to shut it. An end folds in at each side and locks into slots cut in the walls — one lock a side on a short box, two or three as it grows. 122.6×75.6 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design Pizza Slice Box One slice, boxed and shut. A triangular tray and a triangular lid hinged off the same back wall, each walled on both long sides and each of those walls turned back inside itself, so the box has a double edge the whole way round. A tab closes each point. 218×268×41 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design French Fries Box The scoop a portion of fries comes in. Walls that flare to a mouth 30% longer than the base, a curved tab rising off the back and a curve scooped out of the front, with each side made of two half panels closed by a glued lap. 120×80×160 mm on 0.35 mm 250 g white paperboard.Design French Fries Carton The flat scoop chips come in — two panels and nothing else, no base and no gusset. Folded along one slanted side and glued along the other, with a curve dipped into the mouth and the foot rising to meet it; it gets its shape from the paper bowing open. 85×97 mm on 0.35 mm 250 g white paperboard.Design French Fries Scoop Box The flat-sided fry box — a tongue arching up off the back on a true quarter-circle, the same curve scooped out of the front, and a side wall on each hand made of two wings that meet down its middle. Walls flare from 85 mm at the base to 100 at the mouth. 100×50×100 mm on 0.35 mm 250 g white paperboard.Design Popcorn Box The tapered tub popcorn is sold in — four walls that splay out from a small base to a mouth a fifth wider, fanned across the sheet because every one of them leans. A glue tab down one corner, and four flaps that lock under each other to make the base with no glue at all. 64×64×106 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design Happy Meal Box The takeaway carton with an M handle — four walls that taper out from the base to a wider mouth, a self-locking base that sets itself as the carton is opened, and a hip roof whose two halves meet over the middle. Each half carries a handle with two arches, and the front one locks the back through two barbed tabs, so the top shuts by itself. One glued seam down the side. 120×120×120 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design Chinese Takeout Box The oyster-pail takeaway box — a base with four walls that lean out 5°, a gusset folded into every corner so it stands up with no glue, and a four-flap lid: the two side flaps go down first, the back flap over them, and the front flap on top pushes its lock tab through a slit in the back one. 80×68×100 mm inside on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design Hexagonal Pizza Box The pizza box whose two front corners are cut away — each one folds up into a wall that doubles back on itself and posts a finger tab through a slot in the floor, so the front holds with no glue anywhere. The lid drops inside the tray and its front skirt tucks behind the front wall. Two vents in the back. 260×260×30 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute.Design Clamshell Burger Box The burger box that hinges rather than locks — a tray and a lid on one blank, joined along their back walls, with a gusset closing all eight corners. The tray's front wall is cut shallower than its back so the lid's front comes down over it, and the tuck beyond it carries the slot the lid's tab buckles into. The hinge turns three times and ends resting back at 45 degrees. 200×150×80 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design Fast Food Box The buckle inclined flip-top — two trays on one blank, the base and the lid side by side, shutting by folding one onto the other. Every wall leans outward, the long ones by 14 degrees and the short ones by 10, and all eight corners are closed by a three-panel gusset stack, which is what makes this the largest die in the shop: 36 panels, 37 creases, twelve folds in sequence. The lid's own walls are 7 mm deeper than the base's so they come down over it, three finger holes sit on the hinge wall, and the tuck beyond the inner return carries the tab that buckles into the lid's tongue. 155×55×35 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design Triangle Pizza Box The single-slice box — a triangular prism, not a box with a triangular lid. An isoceles triangle for the base, a wall standing off each of its three edges, a curved lid that folds over from the back wall and buckles into a slit cut in the top panel, and half-round tabs that close the two back corners and the point. 200×150×300 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design Square Cake Box A one-piece clamshell cake box — a tray and a lid on the same blank, hinged along their back walls, every wall raked one in four and every corner closed by its own gusset. The tray's front wall carries a double tuck that folds back on itself and drops into a slot cut in the lid's front. The board does not move this blank at all: their knife draws the same sheet from 200 gsm to B-flute. 200×200×100 mm.Design Window Bakery Box A glued gable-top carton with a carrying handle. One glue tab and four walls, a crash-lock base that folds itself, two roofs that fold to sixty degrees and meet at a ridge, and a handle panel standing up from each ridge with a stadium hand hole punched through it. A slotted gusset folds in over the closed roofs from each side wall and the pair of handles passes through it. A window is cut in the back wall. Their knife squares the width to the length. 200x200x100 mm.Design Gable Box A glued takeaway carton with a die-cut carrying handle. One glue tab and four walls, a crash-lock base that folds itself, and two flat roofs that fold over and meet down the middle. A handle panel folds BACK off each roof so the two stand face to face, and a slotted gusset leans in over the closed roofs from each side wall until its slot straddles the pair. The handle's height comes off the smaller of the length and the width, before the board. 300x150x180 mm.Design Folding Wheel Box A glueless tray that folds into a wheel — each of the four walls turns a double return inward, and each of the four corners carries a gusset with a SPOKE folded flat back onto it, eight of them lying round the inside like the arms of a wheel. The height is capped at half the smaller of the other two, theirs. Nothing is glued and nothing is tucked. 200×150×60 mm.Design Hanging Wedge Box A hanging wedge box — its cross section is an isoceles trapezoid: a base, two walls leaning in over it and a short flat top, out of which rises a triangular header card with a hang slot punched through all three of its leaves. Their third number is the SLANT of the wall, not the height, and it is raised to the width if you ask for less — a wall shorter than the base it leans over cannot close the trapezoid. 200×150×150 mm.Design Rollover Hinged Lid Mailer A corrugated mailer with a hinged lid and a double side wall — each wall goes up, rolls over on a narrow strip and comes back down inside the box, its tabs dropping into stadium slots cut through the base's own crease. The lid is hinged off the front wall and finishes in a tuck whose two ears are cut on a quarter ellipse. No glue anywhere. 200×150×100 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute.Design Mailer Box With Window A roll-end mailer with a window in its lid and no glue anywhere — the front and back walls fold up and roll over on themselves, and the tabs on the inner wall drop into slots cut along the base's own crease. The lid comes off one side wall, its three flaps raked back a flat 20°, with a rounded window cut half the lid across. 200×150×100 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute.Design Gift Box With Window A glued carton with a round window in the back wall — four walls in a row off one glue tab, a crash-lock bottom that makes itself as the walls come up, and a tall top whose four panels lean in until the two big ones meet in a gable ridge, finished with a half-elliptical tongue that folds over it. 179×99×209 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design Burger Box The hinged box a burger is handed over in — a tray and a lid on the same plan, joined along their back walls. Every wall raked out a true 10°, a gusset folded in at all eight corners, and a lugged tongue on the lid's front that drops outside the tray's and catches the notch cut into each side wall. No glue. 103×107×73 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.Design Pizza Box The corrugated clamshell a pizza is sold in — a base with four walls, a lid hinged off the back that folds forward over the whole thing, a tuck that comes down at the front and locks into the flap's tongue, and a foot at each corner. Corners cut at a true 24°. 308×308×48 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Boxs are priced by custom quote — send the design with the quantity you have in mind and we will price it, usually within one business day.
Can I print my own branding?
Yes: full-colour printing across every panel, or plain white and kraft if you want the board to speak for itself.
Are the boxes food-safe?
Yes. They are made from food-grade clay-coated paperboard that is FDA-compliant and safe in direct contact with food.
Are they grease-resistant?
The grease-resistant board holds oily fries and snacks without soaking through, so no separate liner is needed.
Can I order a custom size?
That is what the design tool is for. Type your own measurements and the dieline is redrawn around them — there is no standard size to squeeze into.
