Every pouch is drawn at the size you type, with the seals, the gusset and the zip line where the converter puts them.

Design 3 Side Seal Pouch A flat pouch made of two webs of film sealed together on three sides — up both edges and across the top and the bottom — leaving the fourth open to fill. Every seal band is a step table: the side, top and bottom seals all read the SMALLER of the width and the height, and step at 100, 150 and 250 mm. 160x240 mm.Design 3 Side Seal Pouch with Zipper A flat pouch made of two webs of film sealed on three sides, with a press-to-close zipper welded in below the top seal so it opens and shuts again. The zipper sits 10 to 20 mm down depending on how tall the pouch is, and its band is 12 mm at every size. 160x240 mm.Design Back Seal Pillow Pouch One web of film wrapped into a tube and sealed down the back in a fin, then flattened and sealed across the top and the bottom — the simplest pouch there is. The two seals that run ACROSS it read its height and the fin down the back reads its width. 160x240 mm.Design Stand Up Pouch Two webs of film sealed up both sides, with the bottom folded in as a gusset so the pouch opens out and stands on its own once it is filled. The gusset reads the width and is then held to a third of the height, so a shallow pouch never folds past its own middle. 160x240 mm.Design Stand Up Pouch with Zipper A gusseted stand-up pouch with a press-to-close zipper welded in below the top seal. Two side panels are tucked in as gussets and the base is sealed flat, so it stands square like a box and carries a face on every side. The width can never exceed the length and the height never less than one and a half widths — theirs. 160x120x300 mm.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Pouchs are priced by custom quote — send the design with the quantity you have in mind and we will price it, usually within one business day.

Can I print my own branding?

Yes: the artwork runs over the whole web, front, back and gussets, in full colour. Switch faces in the editor and the preview turns with you.

What film are pouches printed on?

PET/PE laminate at 120 micron, kraft/PE at 150, or a PET/AL/PE foil laminate at 130 when what is inside needs a barrier. Tell us the contents and we will match the film.

Can I add a zipper?

Yes. The three-side seal, the stand-up and the eight-side seal each come in a zippered version, with the zip welded in below the top seal.

Can I order a custom size?

That is what the design tool is for. Type your own measurements and the dieline is redrawn around them — there is no standard size to squeeze into.

What file do I get at the end?

A layered SVG, a 300 dpi PNG or a PDF with the bleed and the safe area kept — or send the design straight to us with your quote request.
