A flat pouch made of two webs of film sealed together on three sides — up both edges and across the top and the bottom — leaving the fourth open to fill. Every seal band is a step table: the side, top and bottom seals all read the SMALLER of the width and the height, and step at 100, 150 and 250 mm. 160x240 mm.
Type your own length, width and height and the pouch is redrawn around them — every crease, tab and lock moves with the size. Pick the board or film here too, and the quantity you want priced.

Fourteen fonts, any colour, with size, weight, letter-spacing and line height on the floating toolbar that appears when text is selected.
Rectangles, ellipses, lines and stars for blocks and rules, plus a searchable icon set for allergen marks, cutlery, leaves and the rest.
A repeating pattern sized by a slider, or a ready-made design you can take apart — change the words, swap the colours, drop your own logo over it.
The flat film inflates into the finished pouch with your print on it. Drag to orbit, right-drag to pan, scroll to zoom — and take a PNG still or a 360° GIF away with you.
Bleed, safe area, fold lines and registration marks each switch on and off behind the eye in the bottom bar, together with the ruler, the panel names and the board colour — so you can read the knife on its own.
In the Design panel: reorder what sits on top, rename a piece, lock it so a drag cannot move it, or hide it while you work on what is underneath.
Hold the design you have, carry on editing, then put the two side by side before you decide.
The design saves itself in this browser as you go — close the tab and it is still here when you come back. It is stored on your own device, so it does not follow you to another computer.
Generates a link to the 3D view that anyone can open for ten days — the way to show a partner or a chef what it will look like.
Sends the design, the size, the board and the quantity to us in one go, with room for up to five of your own files. We price it and come back, normally within one business day.
Yes. Designing, folding it in 3D and changing your mind as often as you like all cost nothing. You only talk to us when you want the job priced.
No. You can design without signing up. We ask for a name, an email and a phone number only when you want a share link, a download or a quote, because that is how the answer reaches you.
No — it saves itself in this browser as you work, and it is waiting when you come back. Because it lives on your own device, open the same page on another computer and you start fresh, so send yourself a share link if you want it to travel.
It is your own artwork wrapped onto the same dieline the press works from, folded along the real creases, so the position, the scale and what lands on which panel are all true. Screen colour is the one thing it cannot promise — for that, ask us for a printed proof.
Send the design with your quote request and the print file comes off it at our end, with the bleed and the safe area kept. If you would rather hand it to your own printer, ask us and we will send the file over.
Anything past the bleed line is trimmed away, exactly as it will be on the press. Turn the bleed and safe-area guides on from the eye in the bottom bar and keep text inside the safe area — the knife has a tolerance, printing is never to the millimetre.

Yes: the artwork runs over the whole web, front, back and gussets, in full colour. Switch faces in the editor and the preview turns with you.
PET/PE laminate at 120 micron, kraft/PE at 150, or a PET/AL/PE foil laminate at 130 when what is inside needs a barrier. Tell us the contents and we will match the film.
Yes. The three-side seal, the stand-up and the eight-side seal each come in a zippered version, with the zip welded in below the top seal.
That is what the design tool is for. Type your own measurements and the dieline is redrawn around them — there is no standard size to squeeze into.
