On corrugated their knife adds a roll strip between every wall and its return. Nothing is glued. 200×150×60 mm.Design Side Mortise Lock Tray A glueless tray locked at the sides — each end wall carries a pair of long tabs ending in a MORTISE HEAD, a half circle that reaches the middle of the side wall and is trapped there when that wall rolls over on a narrow strip and its return comes down inside. The width is capped at the length and the height at the width, both theirs. Nothing is glued. 200×150×60 mm.Design Handshake Buckle Tray A glueless tray whose four corners shake hands — each end wall carries a wide buckle that reaches PAST the middle of the side wall, so the two coming from opposite ends overlap and each one's tab drops through the other's slot. The side walls roll over on a narrow strip and come back down inside, trapping them. Nothing is glued and nothing is tucked. 200×150×60 mm.Design Hexagon Disc Tray Six-sided tray on a true regular hexagon — the shape a cake or a whole pizza is sold in. A wall on every edge, a tuck flap at both ends of every other one, and the three walls between folding up last to trap all six. No glue. 404 mm across × 51 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute.Design Shaped Disc Tray Long open tray, cut away across each end so a hand goes in the dip. The long walls' corner flaps fold in to make the tall corners; the half-height end wall finishes in a folded rim whose tongue locks down through the base. No glue. 309×202×51 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute.Design Side-Interlocking Tray Deep tray that holds itself shut with no glue. Each end folds up, turns over a 4 mm rim and comes back down inside itself; the shoulders on that return drop into slots cut in the ends of the long walls. 310×202×61 mm on 1.5 mm E-flute.Design Fast-Food Tray The open tray a burger and fries come in. Four walls raked out, a folded lip all round the mouth, and a pleated gusset glued flat at each corner — the one glued piece in the range. 199×141×49 mm on 0.5 mm 350 g white paperboard.

A real dieline, at your size

Type the length, width and height and the blank is redrawn — panels, tucks, glue laps and locks all move with the millimetres. It is a die, not a picture stretched to fit.

Watch it fold

Drag the fold slider and the flat sheet closes into the finished shape, with your artwork landing on the panel it was drawn on. A logo heading for a crease shows up here, not at the printer.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — there is no minimum order quantity. Trays are priced by custom quote, so send the design with the quantity you have in mind, however small, and we will price it, usually within one business day.

Can I print my own branding?

Yes: full-colour printing inside and out, or plain white and kraft. The inside of a tray is the face a customer looks at while they eat.

Are the trays food-safe?

Yes. They are made from food-grade clay-coated paperboard that is FDA-compliant and safe in direct contact with food.

Are they grease-resistant?

The grease-resistant board holds oily fries, nachos and loaded trays without soaking through, so no separate liner is needed.

Can I order a custom size?

That is what the design tool is for. Type your own measurements and the dieline is redrawn around them — there is no standard size to squeeze into.

What file do I get at the end?

A layered SVG, a 300 dpi PNG or a PDF with the bleed and the safe area kept — or send the design straight to us with your quote request.
