Policy Regarding Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

At Wax papers, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer support. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and handle all return requests fairly and transparently.

  • Defective Products:
    If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 business daysof receiving it so we can address the issue promptly. To qualify for a reprint, the defective product must be returned by mail within 10 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the reprint, which usually takes about 10 business days for bulk orders. Expedited reprints are available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Non-Defective Products:
    Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that any reprints or replacements for non-defective products will be at the customer’s expense.

Refund Policy

Wax papers offers partial refunds for returned items. Due to the custom nature of our products, we retain 99% of the product price, as production begins only after client approval. For this reason, full refunds or compensation after delivery are not provided.

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@waxpapers.co within the specified timeframe.
  2. Provide your order numberand a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
