You can also place an order without creating an account. Wax Papers Co allows customers to complete the checkout process using the order form without requiring an account login or signup.
You can directly place your order by selecting the available product dimensions, styles, and other features listed on the product page. After choosing your requirements, simply proceed to checkout and complete your order using our secure payment methods.
If you need customized packaging, you can fill out the quote form located below the order form with complete details about your custom order. After submitting the form, our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm the required order details (such as artwork, box/bag size, and specifications).
Once your requirements are confirmed with our packaging team, we will issue an invoice containing all order details and a secure payment link. You can then complete your payment using your preferred payment option.
All of our available payment methods are fully secure, and payments are processed in USD unless otherwise stated. Once the payment is successfully received through any approved payment gateway, we immediately begin processing your order. To help us ensure accurate manufacturing and smooth delivery, customers are advised to provide complete and correct information in soft copy form.

Customers can either choose from the design templates available on our website or request assistance from our packaging team. If you prefer a custom design, you can also provide your own artwork file in PSD format.
Before printing begins, we send customers a 2D mockup of their design for approval. Customers must carefully review all design details and confirm everything is correct. Once the design is approved, our team immediately forwards it to the printing department, and the printing process begins without delay.
Please note that certain printing processes and the type of inks used may cause slight color differences in the final printed product. By placing an order and approving the design, you acknowledge and agree that Wax Papers Co is not responsible for any color variations.
Wax Papers Co will not offer reprinting in case of color differences caused by printing limitations, artwork limitations, or the submitted file format (such as PSD).
There is a waiting period of 4 hours after placing an order before the production process begins. During these 4 hours, customers can request order cancellation. If a cancellation request is made after 4 hours, 20% of the total order amount will be deducted due to changes or interruptions in the production workflow.
Order cancellation is not allowed once the products have been delivered. Wax Papers Co will not be responsible for any delays caused by unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control, including courier or shipping delays.
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order, whether due to delivery delays or any other reason, 50% of the total order amount will be deducted. This is because once an order is approved, our printing, designing, and manufacturing processes begin immediately, and resources are already utilized.
We always make every effort to deliver the exact quantity ordered. However, due to the nature of the production process, there may be a 5% overrun or underrun in the final quantity. For this reason, customers are advised to order at least 10% extra to avoid any inconvenience.
Wax Papers Co always sends design files to customers for final review and approval before printing. Once a customer approves the design, Wax Papers Co will not be responsible for any of the following issues:

If you require food-grade material, you must clearly mention it before production begins. Wax Papers Co does not use food-grade material by default unless specifically requested.
